The bioclimatic design integrates several parameters as Climate, Space, Energy, Technique and Costs. Our methodology focuses on the analysis and the correlations of each parameter throughout the phases of the project. Our approach and strategies begins with the Site analysis and the Project Implementation, going through the Morphology, Materiality, Spatiality arriving at the Efficiency of the Systems.

 

Each parameter has a multi-directional impact, for that reason we develop a methodology that allows us to take into account the interaction between each Parameter and the different phase with the scope to optimize the project without letting out any key points. The methodology developed allows that the Project reaches a Sustainability Design from its conception.

This methodology has been published in Andres Moreno PhD Thesis, based on the works of Luc Adolphe (1996), and Pierre Fernandez (2001), Alain Castells.
